Metrokane's L-Press is a lever-operated citrus press, and it sits close to the company's roots: founder Riki Kane started Metrokane in New York in 1983 with a manual citrus juicer she came across in Mexico. This version carries an orange finish. It is a countertop tool for squeezing citrus in quantity with very little effort.

Care & Tips
Halve the fruit, set it cut side down on the cone and bring the lever down in one steady pull. Rinse the cone, funnel and pitcher after each session, since dried pulp and citrus oil are hard to shift later, and wipe the body with a damp cloth. Keep the gear area dry.
