Curbside Delivery
We are happy to bring your order down directly to the street and load the items straight into your vehicle. If you are arriving with a car or a personal driver, simply give us at least 10 minutes' notice and we will handle the rest.
Pickup
You can collect your order from our Sheung Wan office anytime during our standard operating hours:
- Mon - Fri: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sat: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Sundays & Holidays: Closed
Standard Delivery
Complimentary over HKD 2,000*
Orders are processed and dispatched within the same business day after receipt of payment.
- HKD 100 fee under HKD 2,000.
- NT and outlying areas may incur surcharges.
Express Delivery
Same day flat fee: HKD 150*
For rush orders or urgent timeframes, we offer a dedicated same-day express option within Hong Kong.
- Cutoff times apply; specific remote zones may incur an extra surcharge.
