This is an empty Screaming Eagle 2002 original wooden case designed for a three-bottle 750ml presentation. It is a collector packaging item rather than a beverage product and is best handled as display, storage or replacement presentation material.
From the Producer
Screaming Eagle began in 1986 with Jean Phillips and a small Oakville parcel; Heidi Barrett made every vintage from the debut 1992 through 2005, including 2002. Output has always been measured in a few hundred cases and sold mainly through the estate list rather than through trade, and the estate ships in its own branded wooden cases. Those cases exist only in the number a vintage was packed in, which is why intact original wood for an older vintage is collected separately from the wine itself.
