The Shibari Collection (Japanese for 'binding/together') was one of Number One Drinks' curated Karuizawa releases, packaged as a complete four-bottle presentation intended to be acquired and kept as a set. Karuizawa itself was a small Nagano Prefecture distillery that closed in 2016, and complete multi-bottle sets in original packaging have become reference pieces for closed-distillery Japanese whisky collectors. This set pairs the distillery's reputation for long maturation and single-cask character with a presentation intended for cabinet display.
