Hibiki 35 Year Kutani Ceramic 2016 700mL is a limited 35-year-old blended Japanese whisky from House of Suntory, presented in a Kutani-ceramic decanter created in collaboration with traditional Kutani-yaki craftsmen. Hibiki (響, meaning "resonance" or "echo") is Suntory's flagship blended whisky line, first launched in 1989.

Hibiki was introduced by Suntory in 1989 as a premium blended whisky composed of malt and grain whiskies drawn from Suntory's Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. As reported by Suntory and beverage trade coverage, the modern Hibiki blending approach uses more than ten malt and grain whiskies aged across at least five cask types, including American, Spanish and Japanese oak, with a bamboo-charcoal filtration step the company says gives the blend its characteristic sweet and gentle character. Suntory has also collaborated with Japanese ceramic artists on named special editions of Hibiki; Suntory worked with Tokuda Yasokichi III on ceramic-decorated bottlings, and the 35-year Kutani edition continues that tradition of named Japanese-ceramic collaboration. Kutani ware is a style of overglaze-painted porcelain produced in the Kaga region of Ishikawa Prefecture since the 17th century.
