Hibiki 30 Year is a mature Japanese blended whisky from Suntory’s Hibiki range, built around long-aged malt and grain stocks and positioned as one of the line’s rare older releases.

Hibiki 30 Year was introduced by Suntory in 1997 as the line's oldest age-stated expression, built from long-matured malt and grain whiskies drawn from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. It was later withdrawn from the brand's standard range in favour of the no-age-statement Japanese Harmony expression, leaving 30 Year bottlings as a limited, non-renewable pool of stock. This bottle is a 2015 release of the expression.

- Nose: Leather, raisin, polished wood, dried fruit and soft spice.
- Palate: Silky and layered, with dark fruit, honeyed sweetness, sandalwood and mature oak.
- Finish: Long, refined and gently warming, with incense, oak and lingering fruit.
