Domaine Jacques-Frédéric Mugnier (commonly J. F. Mugnier) is a leading estate in Chambolle-Musigny, on Burgundy's Côte de Nuits. The Mugnier family traces its presence in Chambolle back several generations; Frédéric Mugnier took over the domaine from his uncle in 1985 and built it into one of the most respected Pinot Noir producers on the Côte de Nuits, with holdings that include the Musigny Grand Cru. Domaine Musigny is released in small numbers and shipped in original wooden cases of six bottles, with case markings intact.
