A guided flight of several whiskies or wines, poured in sequence, with someone explaining what you are drinking and why it differs from the glass before it. Small bites alongside, chosen to pair rather than fill.
Tastings and masterclasses in Sheung Wan
We run guided tastings in our own room on the 19th floor, looking over Victoria Harbour. 12 seats, a proper sit-down, and bottles you would struggle to taste anywhere else in Hong Kong.
The Tasting Room
12 Seats, an intimate gathering.
Everyone can hear the pour being explained, ask a question, and taste the same bottle at the same moment. It is a tasting, not a reception.

What we pour
We hold whisky from distilleries that have closed, Champagne released decades after its vintage, and American bourbon that sells out on allocation before it reaches most markets. A tasting here usually includes at least one bottle you could not simply order.
Private and corporate
Companies use the room for client entertainment, team events and partner hospitality. Tell us the group size, the date and roughly what you would like to drink, and we will put an evening together.
