Solera has supplied Hong Kong since 2009. Much of the fine wine trade here sells pre-arrival or to order, which is fine until you have forty bottles to deliver before a specific evening. We hold our stock, so what you see is what ships, and we can tell you the date rather than hope for it.

Delivery, including to every recipient individually
Same-day pickup from Sheung Wan, curbside collection, and standard next-business-day delivery across Hong Kong.
We deliver to multiple addresses from a single order. Send us the recipient list and each bottle goes to its own address — forty clients, forty deliveries, one invoice. You do not have to take delivery of a pallet and redistribute it yourself.
Occasions we plan for
Hong Kong corporate gifting runs to a calendar, and the good bottles go early.
- Chinese New Year — the largest, and the one worth planning furthest ahead.
- Mid-Autumn Festival — traditional gifting season, and Champagne and whisky sit well alongside mooncakes.
- Christmas and year-end — client thank-yous and staff gifts.
- Milestones — deal closings, retirements, anniversaries, a bottle from a significant year.
Lead time: for anything in stock, same-day pickup from Sheung Wan or standard next-business-day delivery across Hong Kong. Most corporate gifting suppliers quote one to three weeks — we hold the bottles, so we do not have to.
The exception is a bottle we need to source for you, or a large order of something we hold only a few of. Tell us the quantity and the date and we will say plainly whether it works.
Gifts that cannot be bought in a shop
For senior clients and significant occasions, we hold bottles that are genuinely difficult to find anywhere — whisky from distilleries that have closed, Champagne released decades after its vintage, and bourbon that sells out on allocation before it reaches most markets.
A recipient who knows wine will recognise immediately that the bottle could not simply be ordered. That is a different kind of gift from a good case of Bordeaux, and it is worth reserving for the people it will land with.
Add a tasting
Our Sheung Wan tasting room looks over Victoria Harbour and seats up to 16. Companies use it for client entertainment, team events and partner hospitality — a guided tasting through several bottles, including something rare enough that guests will remember it.
Sixteen is small on purpose. Everyone can hear the person pouring, ask a question, and taste the same bottle at the same time — which is the point of a tasting and the reason it works better than a reception.
It also makes the gifting easier, because everyone has already tasted what they are being sent.

Can we see and taste before committing?
Yes. Our Sheung Wan shop and tasting room is open Monday to Friday
10:00–19:00 and Saturday 10:00–15:00. Walk in, or arrange a private tasting.
