Yann Durieux founded Recrue des Sens in 2010 after a decade working at Domaine Prieuré-Roch in Nuits-Saint-Georges. Based in the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, he farms biodynamically and vinifies with native yeasts and no cellar additions, placing his wines at the low-intervention end of Burgundy's natural-wine scene. Love and Pif, his Aligoté cuvée, is regarded as the domaine's signature bottling.
