The Rabbit Wing Corkscrew with Hard Case is the classic two-arm opener: drive the worm in, press the wings back down, and the cork comes out in one motion.
From the Producer
This is Metrokane's Rabbit Wing Corkscrew packaged with its own hard storage case. Metrokane, founded in New York in 1983, built the wing-style opener around a non-stick coated spiral that drives into the cork as the two side arms rise, then draws the cork free when the arms are pressed back down. The case turns it from a drawer tool into something that travels and presents well.
Use & Features
- How it works: Turn the handle to drive the worm in — the wings rise as it goes — then press the wings down to lift the cork out.
- Worm: Non-stick coated spiral, so it goes through the cork with less force and less crumbling.
- Hard case: Supplied in its own hard storage case, which makes it travel- and gift-ready rather than a drawer tool.
Best For
Home use and everyday opening, travel, and gifting where the presentation matters as much as the tool. Sold as an accessory — no wine included.
