Prieuré Roch Nuits-Saint-Georges Vieilles Vignes 2019 is an old-vine Nuits-Saint-Georges red from a domaine known for low-intervention, terroir-led Burgundy, presented here in a three-bottle case format for collectors and dinner-cellar buyers.
From the Producer
Domaine Prieuré Roch is based in Vosne-Romanée and was built around Henri-Frédéric Roch, who succeeded his uncle Charles Roch as co-director of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti alongside Aubert de Villaine. Nuits-Saint-Georges is one of the principal Pinot Noir communes of the Côte de Nuits, and this Vieilles Vignes (old-vine) 2019 is offered here as a three-bottle case, a convenient format for cellar building or gifting.
Tasting Profile
- Nose: Ripe cherry, wild strawberry, spice, earth and savoury floral tones.
- Palate: Textured and concentrated, with red fruit, earthy depth and fine old-vine intensity.
- Finish: Persistent and structured, with mineral grip and lingering spice.
