From the Producer

Clos des Corvees is Prieure Roch's walled Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru monopole, worked biodynamically with whole-bunch fermentation, native yeast, minimal sulphur and no filtration. Henry-Frederic Roch established the domaine in 1988 and ran it until his death in 2018; Yannick Champ, his long-time collaborator, has continued without changing the approach. The 2019 growing season in the Cote de Nuits was warm and dry, giving wines with more concentration than the domaine's cooler vintages.
