The Original Rabbit is the lever corkscrew that started the Rabbit range when Metrokane introduced it in 2000. This silver version pulls a cork in about three seconds and lets go of it automatically.
Use & Features
- Grip the neck, bring the lever down and up, and the cork is out
- Automatic cork release on the return stroke
- Handles all bottle sizes and cork types
- Rabbit tests the design to 20,000 cork pulls
- Foil cutter and an extra non-stick spiral included; 10-year warranty on non-electric Rabbit corkscrews
Care & Tips
Cut the foil first; drilling through it strips the spiral's coating. Clean with a damp cloth, never in water, and brush off cork fragments after each bottle. Fit the spare spiral when the release stroke starts to feel stiff.
Who It's For
Households that open wine several times a week, and a dependable wedding or housewarming gift.
