From the Producer
Olivier Bernstein set up his micro-domaine in Beaune in 2007 and works only with Premier Cru and Grand Cru parcels in the Cote de Nuits, buying fruit under long-term agreements and farming the vines himself. Production is tiny, ageing is in new oak from a single cooper, and the wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered. This assortment case covers the Grand Cru range from the 2019 vintage.
