Noco Bourbon II is a bourbon from NOCO Distillery in Fort Collins, Colorado, the house's second bourbon recipe after Bourbon I. It is the whiskey the distillery pours in its own sours and stirred cocktails.
About This Bourbon
NOCO triple-distils its whiskeys in small batches through copper pot and column stills, with some fermentations running for more than a month. The spirit is aged in American oak barrels of different sizes, from 5 to 100 gallons, with staves seasoned for 12 to 48 months. Bourbon II is also the mash bill behind the distillery's Founders Reserve single barrels.
