Frédéric Savart runs a small grower estate in Écueil on the Montagne de Reims, farming old-vine Pinot Noir and Chardonnay across Premier Cru sites. The Bulle de Rosé expression is an Extra Brut rosé built primarily on old-vine Pinot Noir, vinified in a mix of stainless steel and older barrels, with low dosage and a low-intervention approach that has made Savart a reference for Champagne growers.
