Domaine Fourrier is a respected Gevrey-Chambertin house built around old-vine Pinot Noir parcels, with roots going back to the early 19th century and significant expansion under Jean-Marie Fourrier from the 1990s. The domaine farms old vines across several Gevrey-Chambertin climats and is known for whole-cluster fermentations with minimal intervention and aging in a high proportion of older oak. Aux Echezeaux is one of the domaine’s small-parcel Gevrey bottlings from old vines; the 2022 vintage in Burgundy followed a warm, dry growing season that produced ripe, concentrated Pinot Noir across the Côte de Nuits.
