Four Roses is the only distillery in Kentucky working with ten distinct bourbon recipes - two mash bills crossed with five proprietary yeast strains, each producing a measurably different spirit. The annual Limited Edition Single Barrel takes one of those recipes, from one barrel, and bottles it at barrel strength with nothing added and nothing taken away.
