About This Champagne
The Lady Gaga Limited Edition of Dom Pérignon Rosé 2008, with its gift box, where the label has a small tear.
The 2008 rosé draws its red wine from Pinot Noir grown in Chants de Linottes in Hautvillers and Vauzelles in Aÿ.
Tasting Profile
- Nose: Red cherry, mint and orange peel, with rose petal and a smoky edge.
- Palate: Fine and energetic, with red fruit, crisp acidity and a gentle, creamy mousse.
- Finish: Long and saline, with citrus and a little toast.
Serving & Food
Chill to 9 or 10°C and serve in tulip glasses. Hamachi carpaccio or duck breast with plum sauce both suit it.

About the Maison
Moët & Chandon released the first Dom Pérignon, the 1921, in 1936, and LVMH owns the house today. The name came to Moët from Mercier in 1927, as part of a wedding between the two families.
