P2 (Plénitude Deuxième) is the second stage of Dom Pérignon’s late-release programme, in which the same vintage wine is returned to the cellar after the standard release and disgorged after roughly fifteen years on lees. The 2006 vintage was declared after a classically structured growing season, giving wines of precision and ageing potential. The 2006 P2 is the same 2006 Dom Pérignon wine, marked as a second Plénitude on the back label.
