Armand de Brignac Green 750mL is a Champagne from Armand de Brignac (Champagne Cattier) from France, bottled at 750ml. It is part of the producer's established range and is offered as a fine-wine purchase for collectors or for service at the table.
From the Producer
Armand de Brignac is produced by Champagne Cattier, a family-owned Champagne house based in Chigny-les-Roses in the Montagne de Reims. The Cattier family has farmed vineyards in the Montagne de Reims since 1763, and the Armand de Brignac prestige range was launched in the mid-2000s. Each cuvée in the range is identified by the colour of its metallic-finished bottle, with the green-bottled cuvée corresponding to the Demi Sec style of the range.
The Demi Sec expression sits between Brut and Doux in residual sugar, making it a sweeter Champagne style typically served as an aperitif or paired with dessert courses. The cuvée is built from the same Cattier cellar practices used across the Armand de Brignac range.
Tasting Profile
Champagnes from this producer line typically combine citrus and orchard-fruit notes with a fine mousse, brioche depth and a sustained finish. The Demi Sec style carries more residual sweetness than the Brut Gold, with riper orchard-fruit character and a softer, more rounded finish.
Best For
Best for fine-wine collectors, restaurant cellars, and gifting on commemorative occasions. Pairs naturally with shellfish, seafood, aged cheeses or aperitif service, and with dessert courses when served as a Demi Sec.
