Prieure Roch has held Clos des Corvees, a walled Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru monopole, since the domaine's founding in 1988 by Henry-Frederic Roch. The house style is deliberately hands-off: biodynamic farming, whole-bunch fermentation with native yeast, minimal sulphur and no filtration, which is why the wines need cellar time to settle into themselves. Since Roch's death in 2018, Yannick Champ has run the domaine on the same principles.
