Heaven Hill is the largest family-owned distilled spirits producer in the United States, run by the Shapira family in Bardstown, Kentucky since 1935. The Parker's Heritage Collection is its annual limited series, named for late master distiller Parker Beam, a sixth-generation member of the Beam family, and a portion of proceeds from the series supports ALS research. The 12th Edition is finished in orange curacao barrels.
