The Rabbit Wing Corkscrew comes from Metrokane, the New York wine-accessories company founded in 1983 that turned the original Rabbit lever corkscrew into the best-known name in home bar tools. The wing mechanism drives a non-stick coated spiral straight down into the cork as the two side arms rise; pressing the arms back down draws the cork out in the same movement, with no need to re-grip.
