Solera HK Limited is looking for a proactive and organized Marketing & Client Relations Coordinator to support marketing, social media, tasting events, client care, networking, and sales administration.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, creating marketing momentum, supporting sales opportunities, and helping promote a premium wine and spirits business.
The role includes scheduled tastings, brand activations, trade shows, networking events, and client activities. Some may take place outside regular office hours, so candidates should be comfortable coordinating and attending these events when required, with advance notice.
Role Summary
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am–7:00pm
- Work week: 5 days per week
- Experience: Minimum 3 years; 5+ years preferred
- Industry: Wine, spirits, beverage retail
- Employment: Full-time
- Events: Scheduled tastings, trade shows, and client activities as required
- Time to answer: Within 3 days
- Offer timeline: Within 5 days after final interview
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Support
- Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Assist with content ideas for social media, newsletters, website updates, and customer communications.
- Help promote Solera products, tasting events, offers, and services.
- Maintain a consistent, professional brand tone across customer-facing communications.
Social Media & Content Coordination
- Assist with social media planning, posting, and content coordination.
- Prepare product highlights, event announcements, captions, and basic marketing materials.
- Coordinate photos, product information, and campaign details.
- Ensure marketing content is accurate, professional, and aligned with Solera’s premium positioning.
Events, Tastings & Networking
- Coordinate tastings, brand activations, client events, trade shows, and networking activities.
- Prepare guest lists, invitations, event materials, products, displays, and tasting setup.
- Support event check-in, customer greeting, product presentation, and follow-up.
- Represent Solera professionally with customers, suppliers, partners, and guests.
- Support scheduled events outside regular office hours when required, with advance notice.
Client Care & Sales Support
- Follow up with clients after events, tastings, inquiries, or sales conversations.
- Assist customers with product information, event details, and general requests.
- Maintain organized customer notes, event attendance records, and follow-up lists.
- Support sales administration, quotations, customer communication, and order coordination.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales administration, client relations, events, customer service, hospitality, retail, or related roles.
- 5+ years of experience is preferred for stronger candidates.
- Experience in wine, spirits, beverage, hospitality, luxury retail, F&B, events, or FMCG is a plus.
- Good communication skills with customers, clients, and internal team members.
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, social media platforms, online systems, and basic office software.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow through on tasks.
- Professional, polite, and confident when dealing with customers and guests.
- Comfortable supporting scheduled events, tastings, trade shows, and client activities outside regular office hours when required, with advance notice.
- Fluent Cantonese and basic English preferred. Mandarin is a plus.

Compensation & Growth
Salary will be based on experience, ability, and suitability for the role.
