E-commerce Operations & Customer Service Executive

About the role

Solera HK Limited is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to support our daily operations, including e-commerce order handling, customer service, delivery coordination, inventory follow-up, and office administration.

This is a hands-on role in a premium wine and spirits retail business. It is suitable for someone who is organized, careful, responsive, and able to work independently in a small but fast-moving company.

Candidates with experience in FMCG, retail operations, wine & spirits, e-commerce fulfilment, logistics coordination, or customer service will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily online and offline customer orders accurately
• Coordinate deliveries with customers, drivers, couriers, and internal team members
• Follow up on customer enquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels
• Support inventory checking, stock movement records, and order fulfilment
• Assist with invoice, payment, and basic administrative follow-up
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and management to ensure orders are completed on time
• Help maintain smooth daily office operations
• Support ad hoc operational tasks when required

Requirements

• Experience in FMCG, retail, wine & spirits, e-commerce, logistics, customer service, or operations is preferred
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
• Able to handle multiple tasks and follow up carefully
• Good communication skills and customer service attitude
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Excel/Google Sheets, and online systems
• Able to work independently and solve simple daily operational issues
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese
• Hands-on attitude is important
