Known worldwide for changing the game of basketball, Stephen Curry is also the founder and owner of Gentleman’s Cut—a premium American whiskey brand created to celebrate life’s defining moments.

This intimate tasting is your introduction to the range: five expressions, from the core Kentucky Straight Bourbon to four limited Player Exclusive releases. Solera is the Hong Kong distributor, which is why we can open the full range in one evening.

Small bites are served alongside, chosen to pair with the whiskey rather than fill you up. Bourbon shows differently with something to eat, and it keeps ninety minutes comfortable.

We are on the 19th floor, looking over the harbour. Ten seats is small on purpose — everyone can hear the pour being explained, ask a question, and taste the same whiskey at the same moment. It is a tasting, not a reception.
