Yamazaki The Single Cask #CU70062 JR Osaka Mitsukoshi Isetan 1998 is a rare Suntory single-cask Japanese whisky. It is a 1998 distillation, bottled in 2011 from a sherry cask for the JR Osaka Mitsukoshi Isetan release.

From the Producer

Suntory's The Single Cask programme bottled individual Yamazaki casks for specific retailers rather than for general distribution - each one a one-off, named for the shop it was made for. This cask was selected for JR Osaka Mitsukoshi Isetan, the department store at Osaka Station. Retailer-exclusive casks were never sold outside Japan through normal channels, which is why they surface almost exclusively at auction.
