From the Producer
Sherry casks are the other half of the Yamazaki story: European oak seasoned with sherry in Spain, shipped to Japan, and used to build the dark-fruited, cocoa-toned side of the distillery's range. The sherry-cask editions are released in small annual runs and have been the most chased of the cask series since the 2013 edition was named whisky of the year abroad. This is the 2016, in 750mL.
