From the Producer
Yamazaki 18 Year is aged for over 18 years, mainly in sherry oak casks, at Yamazaki Distillery, Japan's first malt whisky distillery, founded in 1923 by Shinjiro Torii in Shimamoto, Osaka Prefecture. The range also draws on American and Japanese Mizunara oak casks. This 750mL bottling is an older format predating Suntory's current 700mL standard for international markets.
