Vinturi Spirit

HKD 800.00 HKD 800.00
Brand: Vinturi
Category: Aerator

Vinturi Spirit takes the brand's pour-through aerator and adapts it for spirits, with a built-in jigger so you measure and aerate in one step. It helps soften the alcohol on the nose of a high-strength whisky or rum and lets more of the aroma through.

Use & Features

  • Built-in jigger with volume markings to measure the pour.
  • Push-button flow control releases the measured spirit through the aerating channel into the glass.
  • Clear acrylic body, supplied with a no-drip stand.
  • Suits whisky, bourbon, rum, brandy, Cognac and tequila served neat.

Care & Tips

Rinse with warm water after each use, especially after sweet or cream liqueurs, and let it dry on its stand. Taste the same spirit poured with and without the aerator to see how much it changes, as lighter, delicate spirits may need no air at all. A few drops of water can still be added in the glass afterwards.

Who It's For

Home bars, whisky and rum tastings, and anyone who likes to measure pours accurately.

About the Brand

Rio Sabadicci, who founded Vinturi in Carlsbad, California, was a Scotch and Cognac drinker before he took an interest in wine. After the red and white wine aerators, the spirits model applied the same Venturi idea to whisky, rum and brandy, adding a measuring chamber for neat pours.
