About This Bourbon
Very Olde St. Nick Ancient Cask Lot #15 is a bourbon with no age statement, bottled at 107 proof (53.5% ABV) under silver wax.
Tasting Profile
- Nose: Banana bread, butterscotch, dark caramel, vanilla and oak spice.
- Palate: Sweet and weighty, with caramel corn, toffee, candied citrus and firm warmth.
- Finish: Medium-long and sweet-spiced, with oak and lingering butterscotch.
Serving & Food
Pour into a Glencairn at room temperature. A few drops of water bring out the sweeter notes.

About the Distillery
Marci Palatella created Very Olde St. Nick in the mid-1980s as an export brand for Japan, and Kentucky Bourbon Distillers bottled it for years at Willett in Bardstown. It is now based at her Preservation Distillery outside Bardstown, Kentucky.
