Very Olde St. Nick is an independent bourbon and whiskey label, produced today by Preservation Distillery of Bardstown, Kentucky. The brand has operated under the same ownership for more than 35 years, releasing whiskey in small, one-to-three-barrel lots with hand-designed labels, so each proof and age combination is a distinct, limited bottling.
