How to Use This Gift Voucher

1. Purchase the voucher online and complete checkout.
2. The voucher code will be issued after the order is confirmed/paid.
3. Use the voucher code at checkout on Solera.com.hk, or contact our team for help applying it to an order.
4. The voucher can be used toward eligible Solera products and services, including pickup or delivery orders.

If this voucher is for someone else, enter the recipient details and gift message during checkout where available. Our team can help if you need the voucher resent or checked.

Terms & Conditions

• Gift vouchers are issued in Hong Kong Dollars and are redeemable only with Solera (H.K.) Limited.
• Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and are non-refundable once issued, unless required by law.
• Any unused balance remains on the voucher until the voucher is fully used or expires, where applicable.
• If the order total exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid by another accepted payment method.
• Lost, stolen, or unauthorised voucher codes cannot be replaced if they have been used.
• For orders containing alcoholic products, the purchaser/recipient must be aged 18 or above and comply with Hong Kong law.
• Solera may verify voucher use and refuse suspicious, duplicated, or unauthorised redemptions.
