Gentleman's Cut is Stephen Curry's Kentucky straight bourbon, made with Sazerac and released in 2023. It is a wheat-and-rye mash bill aged in new charred American oak, built to be approachable neat rather than to fight you. This bottle carries his autograph.

Gentleman's Cut came out of a three-year collaboration between Stephen Curry and Sazerac, the family-owned house behind Buffalo Trace. Curry was involved in selecting the final profile rather than lending his name to a finished product, and the first release landed in 2023 in a small number of US markets before going wider.

- Nose: Caramel, vanilla and baked apple, with a light dusting of oak spice.
- Palate: Soft and sweet on entry, brown sugar and toasted grain, the rye arriving late as gentle pepper.
