Domaine de la Romanée-Conti (DRC) is a family-run Burgundy estate founded in 1869, holder of the monopole La Tâche and co-owner of Romanée-Conti. Grands Échezeaux lies on deep clay-over-limestone soils below the village of Vosne, and DRC’s parcel is aged in new French oak from the estate’s cooperage (romanee-conti.fr).
