Domaine Bizot is run by Jean-Yves Bizot from Vosne-Romanée and is followed closely by Burgundy collectors for its minute production and uncompromising, low-intervention approach. The domaine farms old vines across tiny parcels of the Côte de Nuits and produces very limited bottles even at Bourgogne level. Le Chapitre is Bizot's village-level Bourgogne cuvée, sourced from old vines around Vosne-Romanée, and is highly sought-after for the finesse it shows at that appellation.
