Dom Ruinart Rosé is Ruinart’s prestige rosé cuvée, produced only in declared vintages and built around Chardonnay with a measured proportion of Pinot Noir red wine for colour and structure. The 2007 vintage was aged on lees in the house’s Gallo-Roman chalk cellars in Reims, developing the brioche, red-fruit and mineral profile that defines the cuvée.
