Dom Pérignon vintages are released in successive Plénitudes, each representing a new stage of the wine's evolution on the lees: P1 around eight years after harvest, P2 at roughly fifteen years and P3 a further twenty to thirty years on. Formerly sold as OEnothèque, the Plénitude label was introduced in 2014. The 1995 vintage was the first universally declared Champagne vintage since 1990, following four tough years, and Dom Pérignon Rosé P2 1995 is the second life of that rosé, blended from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir at a dosage of 6.5 g/L and presented in the house's signature gift box.
