Dom Pérignon P3 1993 is the third-Plénitude (P3) release of the 1993 vintage, held on lees for around thirty years before disgorgement — the most extended stage of the Dom Pérignon late-release programme.
From the Producer
P3 (Plénitude Troisième) is the third stage of Dom Pérignon’s three-stage Plénitude programme, in which the same vintage wine is returned to the cellar after the standard release and held for roughly thirty years on lees before being disgorged and re-released. The 1993 vintage is the same Pinot Noir and Chardonnay blend Dom Pérignon declares in every vintage, bottled at the house’s 12.5% ABV standard. The P3 1993 carries the third-Plénitude stage and disgorgement information on the back label, sold gift-boxed in limited quantities.
