Dom Pérignon P3 1990 is the third-Plénitude (P3) release of the 1990 vintage — the first vintage Dom Pérignon formally presented under the P3 stage of the Plénitude programme.

Dom Pérignon publicly introduced the three-stage Plénitude system with the P3 1990 release in 2019, in which the same 1990 base wine — already issued as P1 and P2 — was released for a third time after around thirty years on lees. The 1990 vintage produced ripe, structured wines with ageing potential. P3 marks the deepest, most tertiary expression of the same vintage in the Dom Pérignon range, released in limited quantities with the P3 stage clearly marked on the back label.

Tasting Profile

• Nose: Toasted brioche, dried citrus, almond, smoke and mature pastry notes.
• Palate: Broad and vinous, with preserved lemon, fine mousse, savoury depth and layered autolytic complexity.
• Finish: Long, saline and fully mature, with toast, citrus oil and mineral persistence.
