Dom Pérignon P2 1999 is the second Plénitude (P2) release of the 1999 vintage, with the same 1999 base wine disgorged later than the standard release for greater depth, energy and mineral precision.

Dom Pérignon’s P2 (Plénitude Deuxième) re-releases an existing vintage after around fifteen years on lees, with the goal of a more energetic, more saline expression of the same wine. The 1999 vintage was declared after a growing season that produced structured, age-worthy wines across the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. The P2 1999 carries the same back-label disgorgement and lot information as the standard vintage release, marked for this second Plénitude stage.

• Nose: Citrus peel, white flowers, almond, brioche and gentle smoky minerality.
