Dalmore has been making whisky since 1839 on the Cromarty Firth in Alness, and its prestige releases are known for layered cask programmes combining American white oak ex-bourbon with oloroso sherry casks from González Byass, the bodega that has supplied Dalmore’s sherry casks for generations.
