Colonel E.H. Taylor is a bourbon line produced by Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky, owned by the Sazerac Company (Wikipedia, "Buffalo Trace Distillery"). The brand is named for Edmund Haynes Taylor Jr., the nineteenth-century Kentucky distiller credited with introducing copper fermentation equipment and steam heating to the industry, who in 1870 acquired and renamed the site then known as the Old Fire Copper (O.F.C.) Distillery (Wikipedia, "Edmund H. Taylor Jr."). Four Grain is an expression within the Colonel E.H.
