Chichibu Zero Malt Dream Cask 700mL

This is a single cask bottling from the Chichibu Distillery. The Malt Dream Cask ("MDC") are bottlings from single CASKs which were sold to bars, private investors/individuals and businesses at the inception of the distillery to finance the DREAM of Ichiro Akuto san to create his unique Japanese Single MALT whisky. Distilled using non-peated Tipple barley in December 2010, this whisky was matured in a 190L Ex-Bourbon barrel (Cask #1048 from Jack Daniels) and bottled in November 2019. 160 bottles were released. The label carries Japanese Artist Yubaku Araki's Calligraphy "Zero".
