Booker's is the small-batch bourbon line created by Booker Noe, sixth-generation master distiller of the Beam family at the Jim Beam distillery in Clermont, Kentucky, and released under the Beam Suntory umbrella. Booker's Bourbon is well known for being bottled uncut and unfiltered at barrel strength straight from the centre of the rackhouse. The 2016 Limited Edition Rye (often called the 'Big Time Batch') was Booker's first widely distributed straight rye and was drawn from a small number of older rye barrels laid down at Jim Beam; it was released in a one-time limited run and has since become a trophy bottle for American rye collectors.
