About This Whisky
A private-cask Springbank distilled in 1995 and bottled at 18 years old, with a label marking the wedding of Mhairi and Greig. It is a single cask filled at the distillery and later bottled for its private owners.
Tasting Profile

- Palate: Oily and full, with cereal sweetness, orchard fruit, pepper and a salty, mineral backbone.
- Finish: Long and dry, with brine, gentle peat and a last touch of honey.
Serving & Food
A wedding bottle deserves an occasion. Afterwards, try oatcakes with smoked salmon, crab on toast, or a crumbly Isle of Mull Cheddar.
