About This Whisky
Cask #5J3012 was filled at Yamazaki in 1995 and later sold whole through Suntory's Owner's Cask programme.
These casks were never a public range, so the bottle and its number are the record.

- Palate: Elegant and cask-driven, with fruit sweetness, malt, spice, oak and warming strength.

About the Distillery
Shinjiro Torii founded Suntory in 1899 and built Yamazaki near Kyoto in 1923, Japan's oldest malt whisky distillery. Suntory still owns it, and sold whole casks to private buyers through its Owner's Cask programme.
