About the Distillery
Very Olde St. Nick has never worked as a standing product line. Each release is put together from one to three barrels, labelled by hand-designed artwork and sealed in wax, and when those barrels are gone the lot is finished.
The company describes itself as having collected mature casks methodically for decades, holding them until they come of age, and the same owners have run the label since its creation in the 1980s.
